We make best efforts to replicate the work in our promotional material but our work is always evolving and making a beautiful piece is foremost in our thinking.
TERMS OF BUSINESS:
We hope you are happy with our work but…
We reserve the right to change designs and colour options as the limits of materials and other production issues dictate.
Whilst we make best efforts to maintain the quality and specifications of the glass we show and use in our promotional materials our work is always evolving. Our pieces will vary from day to day and maker to maker and we embrace this variance.
Small bubbles and makers marks are an inherent part of our processes and designs. All work will be considered “first quality” if we feel it is a reasonable comparison to its specification. If it has been signed it has passed inspection.
We do our best to ensure the work arrives with customers as they would expect but we must be notified of delivery shortages or breakages within 14 days of delivery with proof of the problem.
Delivery times are agreed in good faith but we accept no liability for late delivery.
Order information
Thank you for considering placing an order. There is no minimum order for regular trade items. We hope we are easy to work with and can help build your order.
UK Market.

All orders will be confirmed by email.
Your first three trade orders and all bespoke orders are taken on a proforma basis with payment cleared before delivery.
Credit terms can be offered end of month thereafter.
BACs payments. Sterling account.
Delivery charges are calculated at 10% of order value to UK mainland. Shipping for other areas are quoted on receipt of order.
Northern Ireland and Southern Ireland: Carriage quoted on receipt of order.

US Market
Orders placed at trade shows or by emailing Richard at glass@teignvalleyglass.com
We ship to the US every 4 weeks. Shipping is by sea and usually takes 5 weeks. Customs inspections can cause unavoidable delays and we apologise for these in advance.
Standard terms for all orders are a 50% deposit upon placing your order and net 90 days for the balance. Please note all prepayment deposits are required within 7 days to complete the order.
All orders will be confirmed by email.
All prices are F.O.B New Jersey.
Shipping is calculated at 10% or order value.
Shipping for express orders are quoted as per order request.
Delivery dates are agreed in good faith. Orders cannot be cancelled for late delivery.
All goods are to be inspected and claims to be made within 14 days from receipt of goods.
Please allow a minimum of 8 weeks for delivery.
